Tower Tips
Some towers may arrive with hot glue on the tips, this is to prevent damage in transit. Please be careful when removing- use hot water on water safe crystals to loosen & remove glue or use blow dryer/ lighter and wipe with a tissue or paper tower. (Use caution when removing with lighter to avoid burning yourself) I do not recommend taking off the glue without softening at first as you may damage the tip.
PROCESSING/TRANSIT TIME
Processing/transit times vary anywhere from 1-14 days. Orders are shipped out once a week usually on Mondays or Wednesdays. Holidays may affect these times. shipping costs auto calculated at checkout based on location and weight
MISSING ITEMS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Please purchase responsibly- Orders CANNOT be cancelled/refunded if the order has been packaged or fulfilled (order has a tracking number).There is a 10% restocking fee + processing fee ($0.30 + 5%) charge for order cancellations/cancelled products.
Refunds for order cancellations take 5-7 business days to process back to the card used at checkout.
Due to the nature of my materials I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you receive your order & find that an item is missing please contact me immediately. If 5 days from the time the package is received passes I can not be responsible for the unaccounted item & will not send it out.
Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item you intend on bringing home!
NON DELIVERY/MISSING ORDER
I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address (unless it is my typo! Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order.
Once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in USPS's hands. Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package!
Please contact USPS if your package does not arrive. We are not responsible for lost packages, once they are dropped off at the post office it is out of our control. Please allow 1-2 days for package to arrive after tracking marks it as delivered as sometimes it may not be accurate .
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels unless you purchase ROUTE package protection.
If you want your purchase to be insured to receive a refund or an order replacement, you must select one- click ROUTE package protection and purchase in your cart, before check out.
We will NOT refund/replace for broken/lost packages unless Route protection is purchased.
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged (if Route purchase protection was added), email me ASAP of your package being delivered so a claim can be filed.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If your package is returned to me that means the wrong address was imputed at checkout. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED/BROKEN RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES. If I receive the package back to me an email will be sent. The buyer must pay shipping fees to reship the package. If shipping fees do not want to be paid for by the buyer, there is a 30% restocking fee for refunds for returned to sender orders, shipping fees are NOT included in the refund, and do not get refunded. (If I don’t receive a response after sending an email you will automatically be refunded minus 30%)
I am not responsible for taxes or import fees on international orders.
All orders are sent with extra love and care.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.
How to exercise this right: Contact me within the 14-day window to notify me of your decision to withdraw. I will acknowledge your request promptly.
Refunds: Once I receive the returned item(s), I will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used at checkout.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
Please note: EU customers are not subject to the restocking or cancellation fees described elsewhere in this policy when exercising their legal right of withdrawal.
