A beautiful little piece of Nevada mining history that you can wear every day. ⛏️💙

These turquoise chip bracelets feature genuine turquoise from the historic Number 8 Mine in the Lynn Mining District near Carlin, Nevada. Each bracelet is made with naturally shaped turquoise chips, giving every piece its own completely unique coloring, matrix, texture, and personality.

The Number 8 Mine was first discovered in the 1930s and became known for producing beautiful turquoise with distinctive matrix patterns. In 1954, one of the largest pieces of turquoise with its natural matrix was reportedly discovered there.

Turquoise mining at Number 8 slowed and eventually stopped during the 1970s due to the lack of new findings. The mine is now primarily used for gold production, making its remaining turquoise increasingly special and collectible.

You will receive:

  • ⛏️ 1 Number 8 Mine turquoise chip bracelet
  • 💙 Made with genuine Nevada turquoise chips
  • ✨ 1 intuitively selected bracelet

Because turquoise is a natural stone, each bracelet will vary in chip size, shape, color, matrix, and pattern. Some pieces may display brighter blue or green tones, while others may contain more of the stone's natural brown, tan, or dark matrix. These differences are part of what makes each bracelet completely one of a kind.

Perfect for turquoise collectors, lovers of American-mined crystals, Southwestern-inspired jewelry, or anyone who wants to carry a tiny piece of Nevada history with them.

Please handle your bracelet gently and avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to help preserve the stones and elastic.
